Ashley Laux is passionate about helping Middlebury College students learn about their Vermont community and build lasting connections here! Ashley is a graduate of Middlebury College and also holds a Master’s Degree from Indiana University in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration with previous professional experience in political policy and diversity education. Ashley spends her free time hiking, reading books, and going on adventures with her family.

At the Center for Community Engagement, Ashley manages local community service programs including supporting the MiddView Trips program and advising student organizations (e.g. For the Kids, Habitat for Humanity, Middlebury First Responders, MiddVolunteers, and Relay for Life). Ashley advises Middlebury Alternative Break Trips (MAlt) and directs democracy initiatives including get-out-the-vote efforts. Ashley also manages the CCE Mini-Grant program and supports a number of one-time annual events.
