The Otter Valley AmeriCorps VISTA program focuses on creating hands-on career readiness opportunities, expanding student access to a makerspace/innovation lab, building safety training programs, organizing and managing community volunteers, growing work-based learning, internships, and career exploration, planning career-focused events, and maintaining online resources.  The areas of service include education, technology, community outreach, and youth development.  You will develop skills in leadership, teamwork, recruitment, youth development, and more. About Devon: As a Tech Ed instructor at Otter Valley and a 2022 Rowland Fellow, Devon has been leading efforts to redesign technical training and career pathways for students.
