Athletics Department Request Form

This form is only for Athletics Department coaches and staff to schedule athletic activities within the athletics complex and fields; and for Language Schools’ administrators to request field time for their schools. Events that require support services or equipment (other than athletics support or equipment) must be requested through the 25Live Event Form.
Please note that all events that include non-college guest speakers must be processed through the 25Live Event Form for review by the Event Protocol Committee. Details regarding events that should not be requested through this form are found at the bottom of this page.
This is a shared user environment. Please be kind to your fellow users and refrain from starring (favoriting) anything.
Other activities must be scheduled through the 25Live Event Form. These include:
- Athletic team meetings and events in other campus facilities
- Events that include non-College guest speakers
- Events that require support services or equipment other than athletics grounds workers or equipment. Services include Facilities Services event set-up, Catering and Media Services.
- Club Sports activities
- Non-College events that are not athletic in nature
