Jasmin Johnson ‘05 works at the intersection of public policy, strategy, and implementation, advising heads of state, cabinet ministers, and senior government leaders on national reform agendas. Her work has focused particularly on education and human capital development.

As Executive Vice President of PEMANDU Associates, an international government advisory and development firm, Jasmin has led large-scale transformation initiatives in more than fifteen countries across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and Oceania, partnering with governments to strengthen public sector performance and deliver sustainable development outcomes.

Jasmin began her career at the World Bank and the United Nations Headquarters in New York before returning to Malaysia to serve in the Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) within the Prime Minister’s Department, where she contributed to national education and labor policy reforms.

She holds a B.A. in Sociology-Anthropology and English from Middlebury College and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University. Based between Malaysia and Switzerland, Jasmin is also a committed advocate for animal welfare.
