Sandhya Douglas ’93

Sandhya S. Douglas ’93 was born in India, raised in Singapore, and has lived in the U.S. for over 35 years. She is a Partner, Senior Managing Director and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Wellington Management. Before joining Wellington in 2006, she was a senior vice president at Brown Brothers Harriman and a vice president at SunTrust Capital Markets. Douglas serves on numerous local boards: Boston After School & Beyond (treasurer), Co-Chair, Amplify Gala Committee, Berklee College of Music, and the DEI Alliance Committee for the town of Newburyport, Massachusetts. She also is a Board Member, City Year, Greater Boston. Previously, she served as board president of Troubadour, a student literacy nonprofit based in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and UTEC, a Lowell, Massachusetts, nonprofit helping disadvantaged youth. Sandhya is a graduate of Middlebury College in 1993 and a parent of a 2025 graduate.
