Joshua Howard ’19 Named to Institute for Responsible Citizenship’s Class of 2017

At Middlebury, Howard is a member of the men’s track team, qualifying for post-season championship competition as a first-year. He also serves as co-chair of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. During his senior year in high school, he was an intern for the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel, where he helped with the accreditation of high school study abroad programs and authored a detailed report on the athletic recruitment of international high school students.
