My name is Leo, and I use he/him pronouns. I grew up outside of Philadelphia and moved to Vermont in 2007 and fell in love with this beautiful state.  I feel passionate about providing high quality health care grounded in the belief that with the appropriate support every person can access the healthiest version of themselves.

I have worked in health care for the past 14 years and as a Nurse Practitioner for the past seven years. I was a primary care provider at a local community health center prior to joining the staff at Middlebury in December of 2019. I am dedicated to offering patients a safe space to share their health concerns without judgment.  In addition to providing routine and acute care, I have expertise offering competent and affirmative LGBTQI healthcare.  I was honored to receive the Bill Lippert Community Leader Award in 2018.  This award honors a community leader who has advocated, celebrated, or led a community effort to truly make Vermont better for queer youth.

I received a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Vermont in 2015 and am Adult and Geriatric Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

When I am not working, I enjoy rambling on outside adventures with my family and plucking away on my mandolin.
