Keys should be left with Public Safety. Public Safety is open Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. and noon to 6 p.m. during the academic year and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Upon entering the lobby, immediately on your right on the wall, about hip level is a black box that says “faculty keys”, please drop your keys in that box.  Otherwise, you should contact the housing office to make drop off arrangements.


If you pay for utilities be sure to cancel them. Tenants who pay for their heating fuel and/or propane should have the tank(s) filled before moving out.

Trash/Recycling Removal

Please remove trash and recycling. Items left will be disposed of at a cost to the tenant to include the disposal fee and an administrative fee.


Unit should be swept and/or vacuumed and the refrigerator, stove, cabinets, and bathroom(s) wiped down. Do not turn off or unplug the refrigerator.


The unit will be inspected in a timely manner and the deposit less any cleaning and damages (normal wear and tear excepted) will be returned as soon as possible.
