Apogee Adventures is Hiring: Outdoor Trip Leaders

Apogee Adventures offers hiking, biking, community service, language, writing, and photography trips for teenagers 11-18. Apogee is looking for responsible, dynamic, and motivated leaders to lead trips in New England, Montana, Oregon, California, Canada, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and throughout Europe. Trip leader pairs (always one male, one female) are responsible for the safety and well-being of up to 12 students in outdoor adventure travel settings. Leaders must serve as excellent role models as they foster teamwork and a healthy, nurturing group dynamic. They must create an atmosphere that is safe and welcoming and bring out the best in each student. Excellent decision-making and risk management skills, along with the ability to cooperate in a shared leadership position are absolutely necessary. Leaders must be 20 years old by June 2017.
