In collaboration with the MIIS Arts Club and the Institute Committee for Art in Public Places (iCAPP), take a breather and learn how to use art skills as a way to reduce stress and increase mindfulness in this workshop! You will hear testimonies from students about how this has helped them and there will be a hands-on activity planned, so stay tuned for materials!
