Asylum Policy in the U.S. and Beyond
Increasing numbers of immigrants to the U.S. are claiming asylum as a means to migrate. Why is this the case? What does it mean for the future of refugee policy in particular and immigration law in general? How does the result of the U.S. presidential election affect asylum seekers? What responsibility do people who are documented have to undocumented migrants in the current context?
Join Professor Joo and Professor Doran at 12:15 pm for this Hot Topics Lunch organized by the Rohatyn Center for Global Affairs Student Advisory Board.
