In a time when workplace inclusion and belonging are being tested across the country, what does it really mean to bring your full, authentic self to work, and how can you do that while building a career that aligns with your values?

Join us for an open and empowering conversation with LGBTQ+ alumni who have built meaningful careers across a range of industries. Panelists will share reflections on navigating identity, allyship, and inclusion in professional settings; what’s changed, what hasn’t, and how they’ve found community and resilience along the way.

Topics may include finding and evaluating inclusive employers, understanding your rights and options, navigating coming out at work (or choosing not to), and identifying organizations where you can thrive as your authentic self.

Whether you’re preparing for your first internship, job search, or next career step, you’ll walk away with strategies and encouragement to chart your own path with confidence and clarity.

Come with questions, curiosity, and an open mind. Everyone is welcome.
