Female identifying students are invited to join Middlebury alumni to learn more about Bank of America’s deep and rich history of investing in women. This history dates back to 1919 when Charlie Merrill hired Annie Grimes, the first bond saleswoman on Wall Street. Today, Bank of America is proud to have strong female representation at all levels of the organization. Come meet Middlebury alumni to learn about the firm’s continued investment in women and the firm’s focus on bringing female talent to our company, developing employees, and supporting the economic empowerment of women across the globe.
