We have a newly structured MBA program for young professionals with 0-3 years of work experience.

The Emerging Leaders MBA is a 21 month business education opportunity for young professionals or recent graduates who want to be ready for the management challenges of today’s technology-driven workplace. The program includes field-based learning, international exposure, team projects, and a focus on accountable leadership. Students in the Emerging Leaders MBA program are able to choose one of eight concentrations, from Finance to Information Systems and Technology to craft their study. In addition to the Global Business Experience course taught abroad, all students also take courses in Team Effectiveness, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Accountable Leadership, and Business Process Management, a course in which students are placed in teams to execute consulting work for major Boston companies.

The Emerging Leaders program is set up perfectly for successful students from all undergraduate academic backgrounds who see themselves as leaders and are interested in working and learning in a collaborative setting.

Bentley is ranked #1 in the US by Princeton Review three years running for its “state of the art” technology on campus and the Career Services office was just recently ranked #8 in the US.
