Madeleine “Mady” Despins is a Television Development Executive in the Tentpole, Genre, and Universe Department at Amazon Studios, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping exciting new content. Currently, Mady is involved in projects such as the anticipated series “Butterfly,” featuring Daniel Dae Kim, the Legally Blonde prequel series “Elle,” and the adaptation of the bestselling book series “Fourth Wing.”
Before her tenure at Amazon Studios, Mady worked at Charlize Theron’s production company, Denver and Delilah. She began her career in the entertainment industry as an assistant at CAA and later at HBO. Mady graduated from Middlebury College in 2015 with a degree in International Studies with a concentration in Film.
