Search for Common Ground is the largest peace building NGO in the world, celebrating over 35 years. Search has over 500 employees, with 83% of our staff local to the context in which they work. “The Common Ground Approach” is a particular methodology Search has crafted over the years, with “conflict transformation” as the ultimate goal.
