Dmitri Trenin: Russia's Emerging Grand Strategy in Greater Eurasia

This lecture is part of the Monterey Summer Symposium on Russia, the newest endeavor by the Graduate Initiative in Russian Studies. Dr. Dmitri Trenin, Director of the Carnegie Moscow Center, is chair of its Foreign and Security Policy Program. He has been with the Carnegie Moscow Center since its inception in 1993.
