All faculty and staff are invited to participate in the faculty/staff flu clinic which will be hosted by Addison County Home Health and Hospice. COVID boosters will also be available. Vaccines will be administered by appointment only. Employees will be asked to wear a mask when engaging with clinic staff.
Please bring a either a completed COVID-19 Immunization Consent form or a 2022-2023 Influenza form with you to your appointment.
