Flier that says food and fellowship

Please join us at Kirk Alumni Center to celebrate MLK Jr.’s Legacy.

This event will bring the community together in food and fellowship to celebrate Black culture, learn about various civil rights heroes, and engage in conversation. Esther Charlestin, the Dean of Climate and Culture at Middlebury Union Middle School, will provide the keynote conversation.

This is a welcome and open event to everyone, with participants from the Middlebury College Community and our Vermont community. Advanced registration is required, with limited childcare available to those who need it. Semi-formal dress is encouraged.

RSVP by January 6th to reserve a seat and a meal. Middlebury campus members RSVP here. Community members, please RSVP here.

Don’t hesitate to contact Program Organizer Justice Elijah via email if you have any questions.
