Food Works Internship Program / CLIMB\B>

Louisville Food Works Internship Program:
An information session on a new pilot program for Middlebury students interested in local food and sustainable development. Up to 12 talented Middlebury College students will be able to participate in a nine-week competitive paid internship program centered on the different aspects of a local food economy in Louisville, KY: from cultivation and harvest, to public health and nutrition, to community organizing, policy, and advocacy to economic development and social enterprise. Louisville Food Works will provide meaningful four-day/week internships, an educational set of high content “Fifth Day” presentations and projects, with student housing provided at Bellarmine University, and profound personal engagement among Middlebury alumni, interns, members of the local food sector, and the Greater Louisville community.
CLIMB:

Colorado Leaders, Interns and Mentors in Business (CLIMB) is an intensive paid summer internship program for students from Yale, Middlebury, MIT, Harvard, Stanford and Brown. CLIMB offers students challenging paid jobs, introductions to the community and its leaders, alumni mentorships, interesting events and group housing for the summer. Over the course of the 10-week program, the students learn the business, professional, civic, and social offerings of the Denver area.
