Hepburn Zoo Production: Late: A Cowboy Song

In this play, described by playwright Sarah Ruhl as a ‘love letter to butch women,’ we follow Mary - always late and always appeasing Crick - her husband, lover of art and a classical family - as she begins to discover horizon. Late: A Cowboy Song shows us the beauties of possibility through the intricacies of gender, the lives we fall into, and the places we could go - if we are only brave enough to get on the horse.
