International and Global Studies Colloquium “Animal Voices and Tragedy in Wajdi Mouawad’s Novel Anima” by Julien Weber, assistant professor of French, Middlebury College. Prof. Weber will discuss the way in which the Lebanese-Canadian writer Wajdi Mouawad uses animal voices in order to bear witness to war violences in his recent novel Anima.
