LiM + ISO Poetry Night

Language in Motion, in collaboration with the International Student Organization, seeks to fulfill the mission of the Knoll by hosting an evening of poetry to build community on campus through the sharing of language and cultural expression from around the world. We envision an event that brings students together in nature, offering a space to connect with their peers while cultivating mutual understanding and appreciation of the literary arts without borders. By celebrating diverse voices and creating a welcoming environment for all identities, this gathering honors connection, fosters inclusion, and encourages reflection on the richness of global perspectives. Sharing food and poetry under the open sky invites participants to be present with one another and the land, embodying a holistic approach to well-being that supports people, place, and planet.
