While stress is a natural aspect of life, each one of us is experiencing various new and different stressors, making it more important than ever to develop a toolbox of resources to cultivate peace and wellbeing. In this workshop, you’ll learn about stress and self-care, gain a sense of connection to other students who are with you on this journey, have an opportunity to experience a few mindfulness practices, and walk away with new resources for wellness. This workshop is offered as part of the Student Success Series through Student Services.
