Moxie Lab - Emerging Leaders Lecture & Workshop

Guest speaker Maija West, CEO and founder of local leadership company Moxie Lab, will lead a lecture and facilitated discussion around issues concerning emerging and established leaders at MIIS.

As the principal facilitator, Maija will encourage participants to ask themselves what their vision is for their lives, and whether their conduct, community and profession reflect that vision. Through specific exercises, Moxie Lab guides participants to use their own internal resources to answer these questions to build a more authentic leadership style, rather than relying on outdated leadership techniques.

A reception including light refreshments, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer and wine will follow the lecture and discussion. Everyone from the MIIS community is welcome!
