Qi Gong for Faculty, Staff, and Students

Energize your body and mind with traditional qi gong in this early morning class. The Eight Pieces of Brocade stimulate every organ and open the channels to promote free circulation of qi, blood and breath. We’ll explore the Five Animal Frolics and incorporate some movements from Tai Chi Chuan. No experience necessary. This is a standing practice; please wear comfortable clothes. Instructor Sue Driscoll practices Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan and studies with the lineage holders of the Tung family, training in traditional forms, practicing daily and attending workshops several times a year. She has led classes in Tai Chi and Qi Gong at the Falling Water School since 2011. Please bring a check for $48 payable to the instructor.
