Energize your body and mind with traditional qi gong in this early morning class. The Eight Pieces of Brocade stimulate every organ and open the channels to promote free circulation of qi, blood and breath. We’ll explore the Five Animal Frolics and incorporate some movements from Tai Chi Chuan. No experience necessary. This is a standing practice; please wear comfortable clothes. To register contact Sue Driscoll, firstname.lastname@example.org.
