Energize your body and mind with traditional qigong in this mid-day class. The Eight Pieces of Brocade stimulate every organ and open the channels to promote free circulation of qi, blood and breath. We’ll explore the Five Animal Frolics and incorporate some movements from Tai Chi Chuan. No experience necessary. This is a standing practice; please wear comfortable clothes. To register, contact Sue Driscoll, firstname.lastname@example.org. $120 payable to Sue at the first class; Drop-ins welcome, $10/session. The Wellness Committee makes this class available to the college community at a reduced rate.
