Hi Lily,
Your event has been reviewed by the COVID Event Review Team, and approved, provided you get the proper fundraising forms completed through the Student Activities Office. The college has some guidelines around how funds can be accepted, this includes through Venmo, so be sure to discuss this with the Student Activities Office as well.
Once you have completed the fundraising paperwork the team has put together the following guidelines they would like to see followed:
You put up cones or rope and post that will be provided by Facilities Services to mark the entrance to your sale, with signage reminding folks they need to maintain proper distancing between each other, mask must be worn, and that there is a one way flow to the event. The flow pattern should be set-up such that the attendees can easily follow it from entrance to exit and it’s clearly identified. Attendees should use hand sanitizer prior to entering the event.
At the end of your event, please be sure to take care of any items that do not sell, and to wash the tables.
