Roman Faces at the Middlebury College

Pieter Broucke will discuss several works on view in the museum’s antiquities gallery in conjunction with the American Faces exhibition on view in the Johnson Gallery of the Museum. This talk will focus on works of art in the Museum’s permanent collection of Roman art, which includes a newly acquired portrait from Fayum.
