A short course to learn short forms. We’ll spend 6 weeks learning an abbreviated Yang style Tai Chi form. This form feels looser than traditional slow set. Big sweeping movements and martial applications are featured. Also, we’ll explore the old Wu (Hao) style. Join us for an introduction to Tai Chi Chuan this winter!

Instructor Sue Driscoll practices Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan and studies with the lineage holders of the Tung family, training in traditional forms, practicing daily and attending workshops several times a year. She has led classes in Tai Chi and Qi Gong at the Falling Water School since 2011. Please bring a check for $48 payable to the instructor. The Wellness Committee makes this class available to the college community at a reduced rate.
