Talk with Hisako Yamashita (‘05MATFL-Japanese, CALL&TESOL Certificates)

Hisako Yamashita (‘05MATFL-Japanese, CALL&TESOL Certificates) is a Chief Learning Advisor of the VISTA Self-Access Learning and Advising Center at Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages in Japan. She served as a lecturer in the Japanese language department as well as a learning advisor at SALC Self-Access Learning Center at Kanda University of International Studies before taking her current position. Hisako is one of the founding members of the Japan Association of Self-Access Learning (JASAL) and has been serving as its membership chair. She is the co-editor of the forthcoming Special Issue on Dialogue and Advising and Self-access Learning of the SiSAL Journal.
