Uplift workout in Fritz Balcony! The space is reserved for Uplift members only so we can get moving and spend time as a group without the usual crowds of the main fitness center. The workout will be 1 hour long and consist of a combination of cardio and strength work. We will be providing suggestions of exercises to do in the circuit and guidance on timing, but you are welcome to come and use the space in any way that feels comfortable to you. We will also be providing multiple variations of each exercise we suggest so that everyone can cater the workout to how they are feeling that day and what is comfortable for their body!
