Visiting Experts Lecture: "The Evolution of Putin's Regime" - Kirill Rogov

The Graduate Initiative in Russian Studies presents a lecture by Kirill Rogov, senior research fellow at the Gaidar Institute and member of the Council of Foreign and Defense and the Liberal Mission Foundation. His lecture, “The Evolution of Putin’s Regime” will be a venue through which students and guests will hear his research and have an opportunity to pose questions.
