VO Speaker Series Presents: General Michael Carns, USAF (ret.)

GEN Carns was the Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force from 1991-1994. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1967, flew combat missions as an F4 Phantom pilot, and served four years as the Executive Director for a policy research firm.
