Welcome to Prajna online this semester!
Join our weekly meditation space where members will come together to sip tea in their respective rooms, share a gratitude, and follow along to a guided meditation led by Zoya Kobets. We will come together each week to share what’s going on in our lives and practice as well as to take time together to focus on our awareness, breath, thoughts, sounds, and other areas of interest. This will be a space cultivated towards acceptance and a place to let go of everything happening outside of yourself, Midd, and the world; to be present in the moment with others.
This space is available to everyone regardless of spiritual or religious practice. Everything about this space is open, receptive, and formed by member interest.
