Join Hatha flow yoga from 10am to 11am in the McGowan Wellness Space (MG215).
Bring your mat if you have one; some loaner mats are available. Open to students, faculty and staff. No experience required. Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and move in. Cubbies available in the room for your items.
