Can you envision a world free of poverty on a livable planet? How can we influence the actions of global financial institutions to play a greater role in achieving such a goal? Please join this discussion with people who are actively engaged with this important topic both globally and locally. On the 80th anniversary of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF), a critical perspective on mandates and what lies ahead. Insights and observations will be shared by Mark Malloch-Brown, Former Deputy Secretary-General, United Nations, and María Ortiz Pérez, Managing Director, Aspen Institute Energy and Environment Program.
