Join Maddie Hope, Mental Health Promotion Specialist, for a 1-hour workshop about creating effective personal affirmations. Affirmations can help to boost your mood, grow your sense of self-confidence and help you to navigate self-doubt and difficult situations. Workshop participants will learn about the components of an effective affirmation and experiment with writing their own. All attendees will get a journal to continue practicing affirmation creation!
