Learn more about all the ways you can support your own well-being through resource tables and fun activities. Enjoy lots of giveaways, pet therapy dogs and spend time with students, staff and community members who support our community’s well-being. Free ice cream and live music too!

Letters to Loved Ones

Join PEAR for an evening of  letter writing. Stop by to write a letter to someone you care about - a friend, partner, mentor, family member, whoever! Expressing what you value in your relationships helps to deepen your bond and can mutually improve well-being for you and the person receiving your letter. PEAR peer health educators will provide suggested prompts, letter writing materials, snacks and stamps.
