Letters to Loved Ones

Join PEAR for an evening of  letter writing. Stop by to write a letter to someone you care about - a friend, partner, mentor, family member, whoever! Expressing what you value in your relationships helps to deepen your bond and can mutually improve well-being for you and the person receiving your letter. PEAR peer health educators will provide suggested prompts, letter writing materials, snacks and stamps.

Stop by to grab a free pear while you talk with members of PEAR (Peers Educating for Affirming Relationships), the newest peer health education group. The group offers events and workshops on mental health promotion and healthy relationship promotion. Learn facilitation and teaching skills, share your passion for mental health and healthy realtionships with fellow students, come back to campus 2 weeks early for a fun training and earn $500/semester!
