Did you know that rising seniors can attend the Bread Loaf School of English, either getting a head start on graduate study or earning credits to transfer to Middlebury degrees? If you are interested in learning more about graduate study at Bread Loaf School of English, please stop by one of our informational tables outside the dining halls between noon and 1 p.m.: Wednesday, September 28 at Atwater, Thursday, September 29 at Proctor, and Friday, September 30 at Ross. In the event of rain, please find us in the Davis Family Library vestibule on Thursday, September 29 between noon and 1 p.m.
This week Amnesty International will host a a Write for Rights event for local activists to call on governments worldwide to protect and release victims of human rights abuses. This event is just one of thousands that will be carried out throughout the USA and more than 50 countries worldwide. Our group has chosen 6 of the 12 cases to support and will be hosting a letter writing campaign Thursday and Friday in the dining halls during lunch and dinner. We will also be tabling outside of the RIDDIM dance performance and the Film Society Friday film event.
