MIIS Plant-Based Food Competition

Celebrate an extended Earth Week with a Plant-Based (Vegan) Food Competition at the MIIS Community Garden on April 27 from 12pm-2pm. We need participants for the 3 categories: appetizer, entree, and dessert. We encourage all students, faculty, and staff to participate in the competition.
There are three requirements for the competition:
The food must be vegan.
Recipes must be provided.
The quantity of food should be enough to provide samples for 40 people.
There will be a total of 5 particpants per category. Come and eat some delicious food while scoring your favorite dish from each category. Winners will be revealed at the end of the competition and will receive grand prizes from local Monterey shops! Come and celebrate.
