1-hour workshop all about finding a positive inner voice. How we speak to ourselves, often called self-talk, can have a big impact on our mood, perspective and interactions with the world around us. Workshop participants will spend some time noticing patterns in current self-talk and practice growing a supportive and positive inner voice. All attendees will get a journal to continue developing their positive inner voice!
