Set in Vermont and filmed over six years, Traces of Time follows the final chapter in the life of filmmaker Sim Hutner’s mother with striking intimacy and restraint. The film won the Shouldice Family Prize for Best Vermont-Made Film at the 2025 Middlebury new Filmmakers Festival.

• All-Class Golf Scramble: Register online by May 21 at go.middlebury.edu/scramble. You can make a 1986 foursome or the golf course will place you with a group. See more details in the separate golf scramble event.

• Chipman Hill Hike - meet Susan Ballard and Jen Forelli at the trailhead at 504 Washington Street for a 2.2-mile scenic, wooded hike. The hike should take about 1.5 hours.

Kick off your 25th Reunion with classmates at Mister Up’s. Enjoy appetizers, wine, and beer in a relaxed, social setting, with the full menu available for purchase. A perfect way to reconnect and start the weekend together.

Join us for a morning hike up Snake Mountain. Sign up in the 25th class lounge in Prescott House, and meet there at 9:00am to carpool and depart. If you drive independently, meet at the trail head at 2514 Mountain Road in Addison.

Enjoy lawn games and play music with fellow members of the class of 2001 during this laid-back afternoon. Bring along an acoustic instrument if you like!

This event will take place on the courtyard and porches at the Ridgeline Townhouses.

Join your 2001 classmates for a spirited 9 or 18 holes of golf at the beautiful Ralph Myhre Golf Course! Complimentary tee times available from 8:30–9:30 AM. Lunch will be provided at the Tavern on the Tee. Register online by May 21 at go.middlebury.edu/25thgolf. Carts available day-of: $25 for 18 holes / $16 for 9 holes (per person, at check-in).
