Information Session: Apogee Adventures

Apogee is looking for responsible, dynamic, and motivated applicants to lead experiential-education and adventure programs throughout the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean in the summer of 2018. Leaders must serve as excellent role models while fostering an atmosphere that is safe and welcoming to bring out the best in each student. Excellent decision-making, adaptability, risk management skills, and the ability to cooperate in a shared leadership position are absolutely necessary. Applicants must be 21 years old* and Wilderness First Aid certified** by June 2018.

Information Session on Department of State Student Programs and Career Opportunities

Please join Jon Danilowicz, Diplomat in Residence for New England, and Bill Swaney Director, Vermont Passport Agency, for an information session highlighting U.S. Department of State student programs and career opportunities. Jon and Bill will highlight the Department’s Critical Language Scholarship program, student internship opportunities and the Rangel and Pickering Fellowship programs. They will also discuss Foreign and Civil Service career opportunities, including the Consular Fellows program that targets applicants with proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian and Arabic.

Info session: ROC Ghana Healthcare Initiative (WT 2018)

Representatives from Refugee Outreach Club Inc. (ROC) will provide information and answer questions about a Winter Term 2018 experiential learning opportunity in Ghana. This will be a healthcare-focused cohort experience with substantial learning, for WT academic credit. Some financial assistance will be available to support the trip. Applications are due soon!
