Health and Wellness Education

Attend a 1-hour Narcan Training co-facilitated by Health and Wellness Education and Turning Point of Addison County, Middlebury’s local peer run organization that focus on support for individuals and their friends and families seeking recovery from substance use disorder and other addictions.

Stop by Atwater Dining to shred your worries. Health Educator, Maddie Hope-Lyng will be sharing tips for managing worry and providing an opportunity to actually write down and shred worries that might be affecting you! This event is part of Mental Health Awareness Week, check out the whole calendar at go/MHAW/
