Join us for a simple gathering and ceremony remembering the victims who lost their lives on October 7th and in the past two years and praying for the return of the hostages. We are honored to have a special guest, Yael Strier, who will share her experience of surviving that day on the kibbutz where she lived.

Today is both the first day of Sukkot and the anniversary of one of the hardest days in recent Jewish memory. Stop by the Jewish Center (find us inside or in the Sukkah, depending on the weather) at any time to be in community, chat with Rabbi Danielle, eat some nourishing food, and shake the lulav and etrog. We’ll be doing a little Torah learning on holding joy and sorrow together if we get a critical mass around noon. Bring your lunch!
