Sponsored by:
MIIS- Student Affairs
While stress is a natural aspect of life, it’s more important than ever to develop resources to manage stress skillfully and cultivate peace and wellbeing. In this workshop, you’ll learn about stress and self-care, gain a sense of connection to other students who are with you on this journey, have an opportunity to try a few mindfulness practices, and walk away with new resources and tips to weave into your own daily schedule. Facilitated by Katie Dutcher, co-founder of Monterey Bay Meditation Studio and a licensed mindfulness meditation instructor.
