Geospatial Skills Introduction and Competition. The event will consist of a competition involving the identification of locations using satellite imagery, ground-based photography, and open-source tools and methods. Prior to the competition a short explanation of skills and tools will be provided. Hosted by Geospacial Skills and Analytical Tools (GSAT) club, Institute of Nuclear Materials Management (INMM) and CTBTO Youth Group - Monterey (CYG). Wargame: Hybrid War in the Caucasus

Come represent the US, Russia and China in a hybrid war centered around Georgia! Help develop new strategies for combating hybrid war tactics as the great powers vie for influence in the Caucasus in this student-developed wargame. GEN Carns was the Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force from 1991-1994. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1967, flew combat missions as an F4 Phantom pilot, and served four years as the Executive Director for a policy research firm. Join us April 10th from 12 noon until 1:50 pm in Morse B104. There will be a lecture from GEN Carns followed by a Q&A session.
