Come and get involved with the International Red Cross Club at MIIS. Every single day, the American Red Cross helps people in emergencies. Join us and learn about their extraordinary work. Location: Holland (over by the TV)

Join volunteers from Animal Friends Rescue Project and their adorable furry friends for some animal therapy leading up to finals week! 12pm-2pm in Holland. All participants must bring MIIS ID and sign a liability waiver before entering the Puppy Room Sponsored by the Office of Student Services

Speaker presentation on the importance of developing public-private policy solutions and utilizing appropriately resourced tools to problems (for example for maritime security/MDA needs), reinforced and outlined by examples of how specific satellite/geospatial tools are used in real applications. The first step to preventing burnout in our personal, academic and professional lives is to identify its signs and symptoms. in this interactive session, participants will learn how to detect burnout triggers and discover ways to regain enthusiasm and life balance, such as pacing themselves at work, school and home while becoming more conscious of their needs and motivators.
